How long does it take before my order is sent?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at info@valdrisse.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched we will adjust or cancel it.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 4-9 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch, on top of the 2-3 business day processing time.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany.
How can I follow my order?
You receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. You can also use our track your order page.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Who pays for the return?
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover the return cost. If you return an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping is at your own expense.
